Mangkokku ("My Bowl") is an Indonesia-based culinary startup with a vision to provide chef-quality
comfort food to everyone and elevate Indonesian cuisine to the global stage.

Founded in 2019 by Chef Arnold Poernomo, F&B veterans Randy Julius Kartadinata, Gibran Rakabuming, and Kaesang Pangarep our flagship product is a range of Asian rice bowls with authentic Indonesian flavours.

Our vision is to deliver a great end-to-end Indonesian culinary experience for all. First, conquering the huge local market, and then going global.
